These terms govern the conditions of use of FilmGrade (the “App”) provided by Hongdoc Studio (the “Company”), and the rights and obligations of you and the Company.
01 Service
FilmGrade is an app for photography and color grading, offering presets, LUTs, color tools, custom preset saving, and more. The Company may modify or add features to improve the quality of the service.
02 Premium (In-App Purchase)
- Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks all features permanently. It is not a subscription.
- Payments and refunds follow the policies of the Apple App Store.
- If you change devices or reinstall the app, you can regain access via “Restore Purchases” using the same Apple account.
03 Content & Copyright
The copyright of every component the app provides — presets, LUTs, UI, and so on — belongs to the Company. The copyright of photos you capture or edit with FilmGrade belongs to you, and the Company claims no rights to them.
04 User Obligations
- You will not copy, extract, or redistribute the app’s components without authorization.
- You will not reverse-engineer the app or interfere with its normal operation.
- You will not use the app for any purpose that violates applicable laws or public order and morals.
05 Limitation of Liability
The Company makes its best effort to provide a stable service but is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or causes attributable to the user.
06 Changes to These Terms
The Company may revise these terms as needed and will post notice on this page at least 7 days before the effective date.
