본 앱은 일회성 IAP를 제공하며, 구독이 아닙니다. 환불은 Apple/Google 정책을 따릅니다.
1. 총칙
본 약관은 FilmGrade(이하 "본 앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
사용자가 본 앱을 설치·실행·이용하는 경우 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
2. 서비스 내용
본 앱은 다음 기능을 제공합니다:
- 사진 편집 기능 (프리셋, LUT 필터, 밝기·대비·색상 조정)
- AI 기반 자동 보정
- 타임스탬프 및 워터마크
- 일괄 편집 및 저장
- 커스텀 프리셋 저장
3. 인앱 결제 (IAP)
3-1. 프리미엄 업그레이드
- 상품명: FilmGrade Premium (프리미엄 잠금 해제)
- 가격: ₩6,900 (부가가치세 포함, 국가별로 상이할 수 있음)
- 유형: 일회성 결제 (구독 아님)
- 혜택: 모든 LUT 프리셋 해금 + 워터마크 제거 + 미래 업데이트 무료 제공
3-2. 결제 처리
결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 해당 플랫폼의 약관이 우선 적용됩니다.
3-3. 구매 복원
동일한 Apple ID/Google 계정으로 로그인한 기기에서 "구매 복원" 버튼을 통해 프리미엄 상태를 복원할 수 있습니다.
3-4. 환불
환불은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 환불 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
본 앱은 별도의 환불 대응을 하지 않으며, 환불 요청은 해당 플랫폼으로 직접 해주시기 바랍니다.
3-5. 청약철회 및 소비자 권리
「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라, 사용자는 결제일로부터 7일 이내에 청약철회(환불)를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 다만 같은 법 제17조 제2항에 따라, 결제 즉시 제공·사용된 디지털 콘텐츠는 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다. 본 앱의 프리미엄은 결제 즉시 모든 기능이 잠금 해제되는 디지털 콘텐츠입니다.
- 결제 과정에 하자가 있거나 콘텐츠가 표시·광고 내용과 다른 경우, 콘텐츠를 공급받은 날부터 3개월 이내 또는 그 사실을 안 날(알 수 있었던 날)부터 30일 이내에 청약철회할 수 있습니다.
- 청약철회·환불 신청 방법: 결제가 Apple App Store를 통해 처리되므로 환불(청약철회) 신청은 Apple에 하시면 됩니다 — reportaproblem.apple.com 접속 → 해당 결제 선택 → 환불 요청. 신청에 어려움이 있으시면 아래 문의처(이메일·전화)로 연락 주시면 절차를 안내해 드립니다.
4. 사용자의 의무
사용자는 다음 행위를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다:
- 본 앱의 소스코드 무단 복제·역공학·재배포
- 본 앱을 불법적 목적으로 사용
- 타인의 저작권을 침해하는 사진 편집·배포
- 본 앱의 결제 시스템을 우회하려는 시도
5. 저작권 및 지적재산권
5-1. 앱 자체의 권리
FilmGrade 앱, 로고, UI 디자인, 프리셋 알고리즘에 대한 모든 지적재산권은 개발자에게 귀속됩니다.
5-2. 사용자 콘텐츠
사용자가 본 앱으로 편집한 사진의 저작권은 사용자 본인에게 있습니다.
본 앱은 사용자 사진에 대한 어떠한 권리도 주장하지 않습니다.
5-3. 번들 LUT 및 프리셋
본 앱에 포함된 LUT 및 프리셋은 사용자가 편집한 결과물에 자유롭게 사용할 수 있습니다.
단, LUT/프리셋 파일 자체를 추출·재배포하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
6. 서비스 제공 및 중단
개발자는 다음의 경우 서비스 제공을 중단할 수 있으며, 이로 인한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다:
- 기술적 문제 또는 시스템 점검
- 개발자의 사업 중단 또는 운영 방침 변경
- 천재지변 등 불가항력적 사유
7. 면책조항
본 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다.
개발자는 본 앱의 정확성, 완전성, 특정 목적 적합성에 대해 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다.
본 앱 사용으로 인한 직·간접적 손해에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다.
8. 약관 변경
본 약관은 법령이나 서비스 변경사항을 반영하기 위해 수정될 수 있습니다.
변경 시 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지 상단 "최종 수정일"로 고지합니다.
중요한 변경의 경우 앱 실행 시 별도 공지합니다.
9. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결
본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 합니다.
본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 대한민국 법원의 전속 관할로 합니다.

1. General
These Terms govern your use of FilmGrade ("the App").
By installing, launching, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
The App provides the following features:
- Photo editing (presets, LUT filters, brightness/contrast/color adjustments)
- AI-based auto-enhancement
- Timestamp and watermark
- Batch editing and saving
- Custom preset saving
3. In-App Purchases (IAP)
3-1. Premium Upgrade
- Product: FilmGrade Premium (Premium Unlock)
- Price: ₩6,900 (VAT included; may vary by region)
- Type: One-time purchase (not a subscription)
- Benefits: Unlock all LUT presets + remove watermark + free future updates
3-2. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and their respective terms take precedence.
3-3. Restore Purchases
You can restore your premium status on another device signed in with the same Apple ID/Google account via the "Restore Purchases" button.
3-4. Refunds
Refunds are handled per Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies.
We do not handle refunds directly; please request refunds via these platforms.
3-5. Right of Withdrawal & Consumer Rights
Under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may request a withdrawal of purchase (refund) within 7 days of payment.
- However, per Article 17(2) of the same Act, withdrawal may be limited for digital content that has been provided and used immediately upon payment. FilmGrade Premium is digital content that unlocks all features immediately upon purchase.
- If there is a defect in the payment process or the content differs from its description/advertisement, you may withdraw within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of becoming aware (or being able to become aware) of the fact.
- How to request withdrawal/refund: Since payment is processed by the Apple App Store, refund (withdrawal) requests are made to Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com → select the purchase → request a refund. If you have trouble, contact us (email/phone) via the Contact section below and we will guide you through the process.
4. User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App's source code without permission
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Edit or distribute photos that infringe others' copyrights
- Attempt to bypass the App's payment system
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
5-1. App Rights
All intellectual property rights in the FilmGrade app, logo, UI design, and preset algorithms belong to the developer.
5-2. User Content
Copyright of photos edited with the App belongs to you.
The App claims no rights to your photos.
5-3. Bundled LUTs and Presets
LUTs and presets included in the App can be freely used in your edited content.
However, extracting and redistributing the LUT/preset files themselves is prohibited.
6. Service Provision and Termination
The developer may suspend service in the following cases, without liability:
- Technical issues or system maintenance
- Discontinuation of service or change in operational policy
- Force majeure events
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is".
The developer makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal or service changes.
Changes will be announced via an in-app notice or the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Major changes will be announced separately upon app launch.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes arising from these Terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Korean courts.
